Post Natal massage
Stacey has completed a course for post natal massage, and would love to help you find some rest to recover and rejuvenate you in your experience as a new mother. 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep may not be an option, but massage can be as restful as a long, deep sleep. Your womb has expanded, and your pelvic floor has yielded, and your whole body is repairing from an incredible life-changing experience. You may still have contractions while breastfeeding, and you have many new demands as a new mother with or without the baby around.
Whether you had a terrific or difficult experience with labour, Stacey has a grounded, deeply present approach to help your body heal. You can have post natal massage immediately after conception if you choose! Pease feel welcome to bring your child if this feels best for you! (However, if you can leave your child at home with someone you trust, this may allow you to rest more deeply.)
